How to Request Account Deletion for AIMAJIN

To initiate the permanent deletion of your account, please send an email from the address associated with your account to the following email address:

Please use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request". Our team will process your request and confirm the deletion via a reply to your email within 14 business days.

Data Management Details

Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted:

  • Your personal profile information (e.g., username, email address, profile picture).
  • All user-generated content (e.g., images, enhancement history, favorites).
  • App settings and preferences.

Data That May Be Retained:

For legal and operational purposes (such as financial reporting and fraud prevention), certain data may be retained for a limited period. This data is anonymized or aggregated and cannot be linked back to your personal identity. This may include:

  • Records of any financial transactions for tax and accounting compliance.
  • Anonymized usage analytics data used for improving our service.
